Munster saw off a determined Ulster side in Musgrave Park tonight to end their recent poor league form and keep the title chase on for one week more. Munster will be delighted that the experiment of trying Frank Murphy at scrum-half payed off with him being named Man of The Match.


There were plenty of positive signs for Ulster too. Tommy Bowe had a great game at full-back and is surely making a strong case for inclusion in the Irish squad again. Unfortunately for Munster, The Ospreys trounced The Dragons to extend their lead in the league by one more point making it all but certain they will be crowned champions over the next two rounds of the competition.
