Ulster Lose Friendly

Springbok Coach Jake White watched from the Ravenhill stand as tries from Warren Brosnihan, Danie Rossouw, Ettienne Botha and Pedrie Wannenburg gave The Bulls 24 – 9 at Ravenhill.

Ulster were obviously depleted with some players away on international duty but they still managed to hold off the Bull’s attacks for the first 30 minutes, even going into the lead thanks to an Adam Larkin penalty. But they then had a terrible period just before half time where they conceded 3 tries leaving the scores 19 points to 3 in favour of the Bulls at half time.

Ulster coach Mark McCall used the second half to experiment with his side and Ulster scored two penalties but the Bulls scored their fourth try to give them a comprehensive 24 points to 9 victory.
