Ulster Announce Team For Bulls Clash
Ulster fans have an extra match to look forward to this weekend with the visit of South African Super 12 side The Bulls to Ravenhill for a friendly. Ulster are obviously weakened by the absense of some of their Internationals but coach Mark McCall will see the match as an opportunity to try some new things and to give his players an extra game before the Celtic League restarts next weekend.
An leg injury sustained in training yesterday has ruled Andrew Maxwell out of contention for selection this week, however Tyrone Howe has been included on the left wing, sufficiently recovered from an adductor injury. Rowan Frost comes in to replace Matt McCullough in the second row who has been advised by the medical staff to keep the weight off his foot following a small knock picked up against The Ospreys.
Ulster (V The Bulls): Bryn Cunningham;Scott Young; Paul Steinmetz; Shane Stewart; Tyrone Howe; Adam Larkin; Kieran Campbell; Simon Best; Rory Best; Rod Moore; Gary Longwell; Rowan Frost; Campbell Feather (Capt); Neil Best; Roger Wilson
Replacements: Ronan McCormack; Paul Shields; Declan Fitzpatrick; Tim Barker; Matt Mustchin; Seamus Mallon; Paddy Wallace; Reece Spee.
