Munster Line-Up Finalised

Munster have finalised their squad of 22 ahead of tomorrow’s Heineken Cup clash with Harlequins at Twickenham. The only change is the return of Rob Henderson as was expected. Mossie Lawlor move to the bench to accomodate Henderson’s return.

Henderson Fit Again

Munster have recieved a boost ahead of thier final Pool game against Harlequins on Saturday with the news that Rob Henderson has recovered from the injury that saw him miss out last Saturday.

Connacht Announce Squad

Connacht have named a provisional squad of 27 for this Saturday’s European Challenge Cup Quarter Final second leg tie with Grenoble at the Sportsground. Connacht will take a 26-21 lead into the game.

No Change For Leinster

Declan Kidney has decided against making any changes to his side ahead of Saturday’s Pool 2 clash with Treviso in Dublin. Leinster have already qualified for the quarter-finals but will be looking to win to ensure a high seeding.

Ireland Six Nations Squad

Ireland coach Eddie O’Sullivan today announced a 35 man training squad ahead of this season’s Six Nations which kicks off in February. Included in the squad is Gordon D’Arcy who missed out on the Autumn Internationals due to a groin injury.

Munster See Off The Ospreys

Munster retained their impressive Thomond Park record when they saw off the challenge of The Ospreys in their final Heineken Cup home game this season. Munster thanks to two tries just before half time won by 20 points to 10.

Leinster Into Quarter Finals

Leinster saw off the challenge of Bath today to seal their place in the quarter finals of the Heineken Cup. Malcolm O’Kelly and David Holwell scored two late tries after a Brendon Daniel try had given Bath the lead to assure an amazing comeback win and a place in the quarter finals.

Connacht Get Great Result

Connacht made it two wins from two for the Irish provinces when they saw off French side Grenoble by 26 points to 21 in France in the first leg of their European Challenge Cup quarter final. The win means that Connacht will take a crucial 5 point lead into the return leg next weekend in Galway.

Determined Ulster See Off Gloucester
