Leinster Too Strong For Understrength Dragons

A thumping seven try victory over fourth placed Newport-Gwent Dragons saw Leinster close to within four points of Munster in the Celtic League. An almost full strength Leinster side, took on The Dragons who were devoid of eight of their starting line-up due to International duty with Wales.

A 10-minute purple patch just before half-time saw tries from Ben Gissing, Shane Horgan and Felipe Contepomi. Horgan’s second earned Leinster their bonus point with Denis Hickie (2) and Niall Ronan adding further scores and David Holwell kicking 20 points.
