Five Changes For Connacht

Connacht will look to bounce back from recent bad form in this Friday’s European Challenge Cup Quarter final 1st leg tie with Grenoble at the Stade Lesdiguieres.

Eric Elwood is brought into the side at out half where it is hoped his experience of these difficult away legs in France can help Connacht control proceedings.

Paul Warwick moves to inside centre while James Downey has been moved to the wing to combat Greonble’s powerful back three. Conor McPhillips moves to the bench. The other changes see Ted Robinson replacing Justin Meagher on the wing and Tom Tierney coming in at scrum half for Chris Keane.

In the forwards John O’Sullivan misses out with a shoulder injury and is replaced by John Muldoon. Pieter Myburgh comes in for Christian Short.
