Humphreys Boost For Ulster

Ulster out-half David Humphreys returns for Saturday’s Celtic League clash with Connacht in Belfast. Humphreys’s inclusion is the only change to the starting line-up from the narrow defeat to Leinster last Monday.

Fit again skipper Andy Ward returns to the bench alongside Paul Shields with Adam Larkin making way for Humphreys. Rory Best is retained at hooker while Neil Best came through a fitness test for a back injury. Nigel Brady, Matt Mustchin and Paddy Wallace drop out.

Ulster (V Connacht): Cunningham; Bowe, Steinmetz, Maggs, Howe; Humphreys Campbell; S Best, R Best, Moore, Longwell, McCullough, Feather, capt, N Best, Wilson.
Replacements: Shields, McCormack, Frost, Ward, Doak, Larkin, Bell.
