Munster Back On Track

Munster’s season has been put back on course to win Pool 4 thanks to an emphatic 5 tries to 1 victory over Castres in an ill-tempered match at Thomond Park. Munster’s pack were the dominant factor scoring four of Munster’s tries thanks to an extremely effective rolling maul.

Christian Cullen picked up his first ever Heineken Cup try late in the game to give Munster the 36 points to 8 victory over the French men and return them to the top of Pool 4.

Munster’s next opponents will be Neath-Swansea Ospreys in January. The Ospreys however will not be expected to roll over because two wins on the trot over Harlequins has put them back into contention in the Pool
