Munster Go Into Second Place

Munster are now four points ahead of third placed team, Newport-Gwent Dragons, following their impressive six try victory over The Borders tonight. While the Scottish side provided far from the toughest opposition in the league, Munster still looked impressive racking up six tries in their eight sucessive win.

Shaun Payne, Rob Henderson, second rows Trevor Hogan and Tom Bowman, flanker Stephen Keogh and substitute Martin McPhail all got on the scoresheet in the 45 points to 8 victory.
