Five Changes For Ulster
Former Irish international Gary Longwell will make his first start of the season for Ulster on Friday against the Newport-Gwent Dragons. Longwell had been out with a long-term injury but returns to an Ulster side that sees five changes from their last match.
In addition to the return of Longwell, Kieran Campbell makes his first Celtic League start at scrum-half, while former All Black Paul Steinmetz comes into the centres at the expense of Johnny Bell.
Tyrone Howe is back in the starting line up at the expense of young winger Andrew Maxwell, while Campbell Feather comes into the back-row, with both Neil McMillan and Andy Ward missing with injuries.
