Connacht Get Off To Winning Start

Connacht got their season off to a winning start in Galway thanks in the main part to former Australian sevens captain Paul Warwick who put in a great performance as he scored 14 points in their defeat of Glasgow.

The 23 year old out half, who is filling in Eric Elwood’s boots this season had a hand in three of the province’s four tries. The Scots didn’t impress at all, but Connacht’s defense was far from impressive either.

Michael Bradley will be happy with his side’s performance but the Munster defense will prove more of a test for Connacht next Saturday.
