Gary Ella is a good bloke possessing strong managerial and planning skills. Gary is a clear communicator. He is a team player i.e. overalll organisation of the club. Gary possesses an unparralleld knowledge of rugby union. Leinster officialdom should hang their heads in shame for cutting loose a talented coach. Their action is short sighted and was not in the best long term interests of the club. Shame! Shame! Shame! Well what a typically irish decision.
