Munster defeated Stade Francais by 37 points to 32 to book their place and a ‘home’ semi-final at Landsdowne Road at the end of the month. The match was a high scoring thrilling encounter with end to end action throughout.

Munster Side Finalised

Alan Gaffney has announced his team to take on Stade Francais in the quarter final of the Heineken Cup in Limerick tomorrow. The side includes a place for Shaun Payne, who has been included on the wing in the place of Anthony Horgan. Former All-Black Christian Cullen will make his Heineken Cup debut with Gaffney naming him at full-back.

Connacht Name Side For Sunday

Connacht Coach Michael Bradley has today announced his team to travel to Harlequins for the Parker Pen Challenge Cup semi-final first leg on Sunday. Bradley was unaffected by injury worries as his team make their attempt to reach the final of the competition.
