Leinster Scrape By Glasgow
Leinster welcomed their Irish internationals back into the squad with a 31 points to 30 victory against Glasgow at Donnybrook. The win makes it the first time since November Leinster have won twice in a row in the Celtic League.
Leinster started well, edging ahead thanks to the book of Brian O’Meara, but Glasgow managed to go ahead by 14 points to 6 after 25 minutes thanks to an against the run of play try. Leinster managed to reclaim the lead before half time to go in 18 - 14 at the break.
Scottish international Dan Parks took control after the restart, scoring 10 points to move Glasgow back into the lead, but Leinster managed to retake the lead around the hour mark thanks to a try by replacement James Downey. O’Meara and Parks exchanged penalties twice more but with four minutes to go, Parks missed a kick giving Leinster their victory by the slightest of margins.
