Munster Lose Again
Munster tonight suffered their second defeat in a row despite the addition of former All Black Christian Cullen to the side. Munster never really got going in the game and eventually lost by 18 points to 15.
After 30 minutes, mostly dominated by Neath-Swansea the scores stood at 3 - 3 but a Munster try put them ahead just before the break. Early in the second half the Osprey’s coverted another penalty but Munster were looking good when they went over again putting them 15 points to 6 ahead. Unfortunately for Munster, they gave away two soft tries putting giving The Osprey’s the win.

Rugby is a team sport which requires team effort so I don’t think it’s fair to expect C. Cullen to carry the Munster team to victory on his own - you wouldn’t expect Munster to win many games without R. O’Gara and P. Stringer after all.
From what I saw on the night that loss was strictly down to pathetic team effort there were signs of poor handling, little discipline, lack of basic structure, and not to mention unimaginative style of play! They were losing games well before the intro. of C.Cullen and in the absence of Irish international players (i.e. 0′Gara & Stringer) so don’t expect them to start winning games now. What you have to realise is that no one man, no matter how brilliant, can win a game for his team it takes every man in his team to work together in winning a game.
It has to be said … Munster is a losing team with or without C. Cullen!
